Husky Tragically Lost Back Feet As A Pup, But Has Proven It Won’t Slow Him Down

Yeti, formerly known as Grant, is a two-year-old Husky mix who has overcome every obstacle that life has thrown his way, writes ilovemydogsomuch

He tragically lost both of his back feet when he was a puppy, but that didn’t stop him from living a normal life. All he needed was someone to give him a chance and love him for who he is.

Thankfully, he has found that in a loving family who doesn’t seem him any differently. They permanently adopted him through Best Friends Animal Society in Utah, and Yeti is now happier than ever!

He may be without his back feet, but he’s just like any other dog and is still able to get around with ease.

There are many other animals like Yeti who are awaiting homes at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Their rescue is located in Kanab, Utah, and is home to nearly 1,600 animals, including dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits, pigs, and many other.

Many of these animals come to their sanctuary for some extra TLC and rehabilitation until they’re ready to be adopted into loving forever homes.
