Anxious Dog Hated Being Left Alone, Parents Set Up Cam To See What Cat’s Up To

When a dog, named Joule, was adopted by a very nice family, they realized she lacked a bit of confidence, writres ilovemydogsomuch

She especially had a hard time being left alone despite having other animal siblings. Her parents set up a camera to see how she behaved when they weren’t around in an attempt to help her. Her anxiety was off the charts!

Joule was a new addition, so her family knew it would take time for her to settle in. But even as time went on, she was still very nervous. She would often jump up on the couch and roll around. She’d cry then tuck herself up into a tight ball hoping to disappear. It was quite heartwrenching.

Luckily, one of Joule’s family members decided he would do his best to make her feel better. Kelvin, a very handsome cat, knew to go slow with this process. He would jump up on the couch and say hello. He tried to comfort Joule but in order to do so, he knew he needed to gain her trust.

Kelvin is one very smart kitty! And so affectionate! Joule gave in quickly and by the end of the first day, Kelvin was able to snuggle into Joule tightly. To say this was a breathtaking moment that made their parents cry happy tears, is an understatement!

Joule isn’t 100% receptive at first but she gives in knowing how good it feels to be snuggled. Joule and Kelvin’s parents decided to record the entire week to see how their new relationship transpired. Each day, Joule would jump up on the couch as soon as her parents left for work and Kelvin was never far behind her.

Kelvin’s comforting spirit not only helped Joule feel better, but it also built up her confidence. She began to feel more and more at home. We can’t stress enough how sweet this bond is! Some animals just get it. Thank you, Kelvin, for having a big kitty heart and helping your sister when she’s scared. You have to see this duo for yourself in the video below.
