Tiger Rescued From The “World’s Worst Zoo” Now He Knows What Freedom Feels Like

Falestine, a lioness, lives at the Rafah Zoo in the southern Gaza Strip in Palestine. The 14-month-old lioness was declawed by zookeepers on 12th of February 2019, to allow visitors to play with her, writes thepetneeds

A tiger which was evacuated from a zoo in Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip is checked by members of the international non-government “Four Paws” organization at the Israeli Hebrew University veterinary teaching hospital in Beit Dagan,near Tel Aviv, on August 24, 2016, prior to being transported to South Africa.
Gaza’s last tiger, named Laziz, left the war-ravaged Palestinian enclave with monkeys, emus, a porcupine and other animals from a zoo dubbed the “world’s worst”, heading for a new life in South Africa and elsewhere.

This has been decried as cruel by animal rights campaigners. The owner of the park, Mohammed Jumaa, said that they did that to reduce aggressiveness of Falestine in order to be friendlier! What do you think?! Watch the video below.
