Stray Walks Into Family’s Yard And Collapses, Shows Teeth To Inform Of His Pain

Hope For Paws set out for rescue after receiving a call about a stray who wandered into someone’s yard and collapsed on the spot. They had to be careful and figure out what was wrong, writes ilovemydogsomuch

The dog was responsive but clearly in distress and showed his teeth to tell of his pain.

But the good boy cooperated as if he knew they were there to help him! He even allowed them to pick him up to place him on the makeshift gurney to load him into the vehicle to be transported back to the hospital. It was all about to change for Milo.

X-rays revealed no broken bones, but he did have a serious infection that would require an operation to remove pus from a shoulder wound that was the result of a bite. It’d be a long recovery process, but Milo was full of fight.
