So, the authorities department chose to embrace the pet dog as opposed to going down John Doe, the dog, at the pound. They shared the tale on Facebook stating that the pet dog, who was relabelled to JD, was embraced by the Kirtland Authorities Association with the consent of the Mayor and the Chief.
